Your Work Depends on Confidentiality. Ours Is Built Around Protecting It.
Security is a priority when handling sensitive information. At Warp9, we understand how crucial it is to protect your data, which is why we design every process, system, and safeguard with one goal in mind: keeping your files confidential.
What We Think About Privacy and Data Security
Your documents hold the power to shape trial outcomes, which is why we treat every file, record, and exhibit with care. Having worked with some of the leading law firms and legal corporations across the globe, we understand the risks tied to data breaches and unauthorized access. That is why Warp9 invests in industry-leading encryption, secure data centers, and continuous monitoring.
Beyond the advanced data protection tech, we also train every member of our team to uphold strict privacy protocols, ensuring your information is handled responsibly every step. Security is the foundation of trust we build with every client, which is why you can be confident with us.
Data Privacy Priorities in Warp9
The Warp9 team focuses on three pillars to keep your information safe and confidential: secure systems, continuous monitoring, and independent validation, all designed to comply with applicable data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
Secure
Your documents are protected with advanced encryption, multi-level access controls, biometric security, secured firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and endpoint protection, so only authorized users can access sensitive information in your database.
Engage
We engage with experts to audit our processes and systems, validating our security measures to ensure they meet the highest industry standards for data privacy and protection.
Monitor
We have dedicated personnel to watch over every system around the clock. They detect and address suspicious activity immediately to prevent disruptions and unauthorized access.
Our Approach to Data Privacy & Security
From office protocols to server encryption, security is built into every layer of Warp9’s services to give you complete confidence in how your data is handled.
Account Access
We protect your data by limiting access to it. Part of our account access security measures includes the following:
- Limiting network accessibility only via VPN
- Biometric and 24-hour security and surveillance cameras across the office
- Controlled onboarding and offboarding for reduced internal leaks
- Multi-level access rights are given on an as-needed basis only
Data Storage, Backup, Transmission
Data protection does not end at access control. How data is stored, backed up, and transmitted is equally important, which is why we have the following measures and protocols for safe data storage:
- Servers and data storage are secured in Class A data centers
- Backup and restoration access are limited to designated personnel
- High availability and redundant backup in the server and cloud
- Data encryption in all stages
- Secure transfer protocols (HTTPS, SFTP) for safe file movement
Data Center
Physical safeguards are necessary for full-spectrum protection. Our facilities combine controlled access, monitoring, and compliance standards to secure data against unauthorized entry or tampering.
- Facilities compliant with SSAE-16 / SOC-2 standards
- Biometric authentication and ID access required
- Round-the-clock monitoring and on-site security
- Entry strictly limited to authorized staff
Data Confidentiality
Warp9 implements strict policies and employee training to prevent the disclosure of sensitive information. We make sure that your data remains private and compliant to protect your case and empower your strategy.
- Employees are prohibited from sharing information through external drives or personal devices
- Strict policy against releasing client data to third parties, including media inquiries
- Staff are trained to escalate any request for information to management
- Compliance is routinely reviewed to ensure consistent enforcement
Cross-Border Data Transfer Controls (EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom)
If Warp 9 Microsolutions, Inc. (or its applicable affiliate/entity) is requested to transfer or process data that includes personal data of data subjects located in the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, and we are made aware that such data is in scope, we will require an appropriate transfer mechanism to be in place prior to the transfer. This includes the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, any required UK addendum.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client (as data controller) is responsible for providing and implementing the applicable SCCs (and related transfer documentation) with Warp9 before the transfer is completed.
