As CEO of Warp9, Dino brings a finance and accounting foundation with deep experience in analysis, forecasting, and building scalable processes and systems. He has a track record of diagnosing complex business problems and designing practical solutions that drive lasting efficiency and growth. Dino works collaboratively with stakeholders to create outcomes that matter, from stronger internal operations to customer focused delivery. Off the clock he enjoys golf and cycling, and that sense of pace shows up at Warp9 in clear decisions and measurable impact.
Marc brings over 15 years of experience in growing businesses and building relationships across sales, strategy, and development. What he loves most is connecting with people, whether that’s helping a client solve a challenge, mentoring a teammate, or bringing different groups together to get things done. At Warp9, Marc leads sales strategy with a people first approach, and outside of work he gives back as a board member of the Family & Children’s Law Center in Marin County.
As Director of eDiscovery Operations and Project Management at Warp9, Paulo brings more than a decade of experience in litigation support and client services. He is dedicated to building strong client relationships, guiding teams, and ensuring every project is managed with precision and care. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, taking long road trips with his family, and spending time with his daughter at the beach. An avid golfer, he also aspires to play bucket list courses around the world.
Victor brings 30 years of trial support experience to Warp9. He has partnered with leading Bay Area legal providers and has managed 1,000+ trials, shaping a customer first operating style grounded in best practices and defensibility. Originally from Myanmar (Burma), he blends calm execution with practical rigor, making complex matters move on time and on budget. Off hours, he’s our resident fisherman and a 170 average bowler, the same steady hand you’ll find in the courtroom.
